Rafting with Redwall, Canyon & Swift
offers guided tours through beautiful canyons on
the Colorado River and Gunnison River near Grand Junction,
Colorado (see River
Sections for details). All of Redwall's trips are
run on Class I and Class II sections of scenic river waters.
Class I and Class II sections are peaceful flat water and swift
water sections punctuated by ripples and small rapids. Our
river experiences are ideal for families with children, beginners,
and folks who might be apprehensive about fast moving white water.
Redwall is operated by Greg
Trainor and Jamie Richardson who have 35 years of combined river
experience. We are professional river guides certified in
Colorado and in Utah.
Our philosophy is to run
river trips with the maximum participation by all guests. Inspect this link gout treatment. Under the watchful eyes of your professional guides, guests are
welcome to participate in the full river experience, including:
running shuttles, rigging rafts, cooking, and planning hikes.
As well as providing trips to
private individuals, we specialize in customized Lower Colorado
River trips designed and permitted by the BLM for
non-profit groups and organizations. During the summer
season there are also two scheduled conservation trips designed
for individuals not affiliated with non-profit groups. These
two trips are for guests who wish to give something back to the

Redwall is permitted by the BLM on the Colorado River near the
Blackridge Wilderness Study Area for non-profit groups and organizations.
